Two years ago I was at Bogdan's house to play some video games. It was snowing outside, so we decided to go out to play in the snow.
Suddenly, a car lost control and crashed into a wall. It was so loud that even my mum heard it. We got a little bit frightened, so we left the crash zone. Then, Bogdan's neighbors called an ambulance, because the driver was unconscious. Meanwhile the the owner of the house where the car crashed came out to see what happened.
Twenty minutes later, an ambulace and a police car arrived at the accident area. The ambulance took the driver to the hospital, and the police car quickly asked the neighbors what happened.- it was quite an exciting day!

Our town isn't very small, but neither very big and it's situated in the south part of Romania, next to the Dunarea river. The only problem in this town are the people. In the summer, a lot of bikers come to Alei park to jump with their bikes and do some tricks. The problem is that a lot of parents leave their kids unsupervised, so they come to the bikers' zone and start playing on the ramps. Read bellow what would I do if I would have the power to change something!
Firstly, I would put a sign that says "kids without a bike, scooter, rollerblades or skateboard are forbidden in this zone". Then I would build another skatepark, because in Giurgiu are a lot of empty spaces, just for those who want to ride their bikes and other things.
Finally, there will be no more arguments, that we can hit the children. That would be just perfect for us! I hope in the future I could do this!

On a foggy Tuesday morning my mother was driving on the main road with me in the passenger seat.
Suddenly, we heard tires screeching, car honks and the sound of metal crashing against metal. As we got closer to the intersection we saw the car crash. My mother got out of the car and went to check up on the drivers meanwhile, I called an ambulance.
The drivers, a young man and an elderly woman, only had some minor wounds, however, they were shaken. We made sure everyone was safe and a kind man helped direct traffic around the accident scene. The drivers were very grateful for our assistance, and thankfully, the ambulance and police arrived quickly. It was very scary!

Our town is surrounded by bright green feilds and beautiful forests. However, like every other town it has a problem: people are cutting down the trees and destroying the natural enviornment. We had to do something about it.
Firstly, we talked to the teachers about a tree planting project and they liked our idea. They passed it on to the principal and then the principal talked to the town hall and we got permission to plant trees in a nearby forest. Then, we established the teams that would go plant the trees and we raised funds for them. Lastly, the teams went in different areas of the forest and planted the trees, each one with a teacher that watched over them. The project was a succes.
We hope we will do more projects like this one soon.

This past weekend, I was taking my dog out for a walk, like any other day. The weather was nice and it seemed like nothing could possibly go wrong.
Out of nowhere, a car crashes into a tree, starts flying through the air and only stops when it slams into a house. I ran to the car while calling 911, fortunately, the airbag had deployed in time and the young girl inside wasn't injured, just shocked by the impact. I quickly got her out the car and tried calming her down until help arrived. Meanwhile, bystanders were standing around us unaware of what to do.
The ambulance came and took the girl to the hospital. Everyone started cheering and praising me because I saved the young woman. Some news stations even asked me what had happened and I happily told them. Then, the next day, the story was all over the local news, I was a hero!

My town is small and nice, but there are not a lot of things to do here. Whenever I want to hang out with my friends, there is nothing interesting to do, besides playing video games. I have decided to do something about that. Read here how I did it!
Firstly, I assembled a team, because i couldn't do all this alone. We put up posters on every corner of the town, saying that there are not any fun activities for the youth of the town, so that's why they all stay at home. We wrote letters and e-mails to the mayor, saying that the lack of malls, cinemas and parks are making kids spend less time together, making them less social. He heard our concerns and promised to us that projects are being developed to help the problem.
Finally, we are trying to collect money so that we can renovate the old museum. We hope our project will work out!

    Lily and the heroic rescue
The story starts on a quiet Saturday afternoon, when the townspeople of Starheaven were enjoining a peaceful local festival in the park. Families were gathered around food stalls, children were laughing on the carnival rides, and the sweet smell of popcorn filled the air. Suddenly, a loud noise echoed through the park, startling many people. One of the horses from the small 'horse riding area' somehow escaped and was now running around the place, galloping wildly across the fairgrounds.
Meanwhile, chaos ensued as people scrambled to get out of the way. The horse, named Stardust, was a favorite among the children, and he seemed to have a mind of it's own. Some brave onlookers attempted to corral Stardust, but he only sped up, dodging between stalls and weaving through the crowd. In the midst of the commotion, my friend, Lily, spotted Stardust and decided to take action.
Then, with remarkable courage, Lily ran towards the horse, calling his name soothing voice. To everyone's surprise, Stardust slowed down and turned towards her. With gentle movements, Lily reached out and managed to grab the reins, calming the horse. The crowd erupted in cheers, and the fair resumed with everyone grateful for Lily's quick thinking. From that day on, she became a local hero, and the incident reminded everyone of the importance of staying calm in unexpected situations.

    Reviving Maplewood
The town of Maplewood is a nice little place surrounded by lush forests and a serene river that runs through it's heart. The community is a tight-knit, with friendly neighbours who often gather for local events and festivals. However, the town has been facing a significant problem lately: an increase in littering and pollution in the river, which threatens the beautiful environment and wildlife that residents cherish.
First and foremost, recognising the urgency of the situation, I initiated a community clean-up event last weekend. I reached out to local businesses for support and organised volunteers from the town to come together and tackle the litter problem. We managed to collect several bags of trash, and it's was heartening to see so many people come out and contribute to the cause. The event not only helped clean up the river, but also raised awareness about the importance of keeping our environment clean.
In the end, to ensure lasting change, I plan to establish a monthly clean-up initiative and advocate for educational programs in schools about the environmental conservation. By collaborating with local organisations and engaging the youth, I hope to foster a sense of responsibility towards our beautiful town and it's natural resources. Together, we can make Maplewood a cleaner and healthier place for everyone.
