    "Partly Cloudy", as the name of the video, reflects the difference between the grey cloud and the other white, fluffy ones. It is situated lower than the others, maybe because it is heavier, with water, which could mean that it is more sensitive than the others. On the other hand, the title can also be interpreted as a picture of life which is a mixture of happiness and sadness.
